Activate access control

By default, your charging group is set to standard settings, and access control is deactivated. This means charging processes can be started at your charge points without authorization.

To enable access control, navigate to Monitoring (menu item) and select Charging Infrastructure (sub-item). Once access control is active, only users or charging cards registered in the dashboard will have permission to initiate charging processes.

Create user groups

Access the User groups menu to customize your charging plans. Define user groups and set preferred conditions, with the flexibility to adjust or deactivate settings at any time. You can create multiple user groups for each charging group. Utilize the listed scenarios as examples to refine your charging offer effectively.
