Charge Point Operator (CPO): The Charge Point Operator (CPO) is the operator of the charging infrastructure.

Dashboard: You can manage your charging infrastructure via your reev dashboard. The dashboard is a cloud-based software, which you can access via the link dashboard.reev.com and your login data.

Electromobility Service Provider (EMP): Drivers engage in agreements with EMPs (e-Mobility Providers) to access the CPOs' (Charge Point Operators) eRoaming charging network. EMPs manage the tariff structure for drivers, handle the billing processes for charging, and distribute RFID charging cards to facilitate seamless access.

eRoaming: The Charging Point Operator (CPO) can leverage the eRoaming network to make their charging infrastructure accessible to customers of the Electromobility Service Providers (EMPs). This establishes an extensive charging network for drivers, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

EVSE-ID: The EVSE-ID serves as a unique identifier for each charging port and can be found on the reev sticker attached to the port. You can verify the correct EVSE ID by selecting the respective charging connection in the monitoring section of your reev dashboard. The EVSE ID is then displayed in the sidebar.

User Group: In your reev dashboard, you have the ability to set the conditions and individual tariffs for the charging service you wish to offer.

Charging Group: A charging group is comprised of a primary controller charging station and potentially other extender charging stations connected to it.

Charging Infrastructure: Your overall charging infrastructure encompasses all your charging groups across various locations.

Charging Point/Port: A charging point or port refers to the specific location where the charging cable connects, allowing you to charge your electric car. Depending on the model, a charging station may have one or two charging points/connectors.

RFID Charging Card: RFID charging cards enable the authorization of charging processes within a charging group.

Payment account: The driver's charges are initially debited from the payment account, and the accumulated total for all charging processes is settled monthly to the designated business account. The payment account, along with its verification through our payment service provider Stripe, is a necessary component as it facilitates and secures the financial transactions.
