TABLE OF CONTENTS

Step 1: Open settings of your charging station(s)

Open the Monitoring menu  → Open the sub-menu Charging infrastructure in the list view  → Select charging group by clicking on "Show details" → Scroll down to settings for "Public charging

Step 2: Make settings

  1. Group location information
Enter GPS coordinates per charging group and verify the stored address. Please note that the address must match the data you have reported/will report to the Bundesnetzagentur (see c.). Specify whether your electricity is sourced from renewable energies.
  2. Connector Settings
Set the charging power. For Twin charging stations, the standard values are AC 3-phase and 11KW, for Single charging stations AC 3-phase and 22 kW.
  3. Bundesnetzagentur registration details
Make sure to agree to the publication of your charging infrastructure on the Bundesnetzagentur's homepage during registration. You will then receive a confirmation including all specified details and your operator number from the Bundesnetzagentur by email. Further information on registration can be found here.

Then confirm the registration in your reev dashboard. To do this, you will need your operator number and the date you reported to the Bundesnetzagentur.
  4. eRoaming opening hours
Set opening hours for your charging group(s). You can set standard opening hours when creating the eRoaming user group or individually set them in the detailed view for each charging group.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my operator number?

After successful registration with the Bundesnetzagentur, you will receive your operator number by email. If you have not received it or cannot find it anymore, please contact the Bundesnetzagentur.

Can I change details or the consent to publish my charging infrastructure afterwards?

Yes, please contact the Bundesnetzagentur to make changes to already reported charging points.

My charging station is not displayed on an EMP even though eRoaming is activated.

The company Hubject connects eMobility providers (our Roaming Partners/EMPs) with backend providers like reev. If you have eRoaming activated in your dashboard, the data will be transmitted from us to Hubject, from where it will be forwarded to our eMobility partners.

Please note that both the transmission to Hubject and the forwarding to our eMobility partners may take a few days. If about a week after activating the eRoaming user group in your dashboard, your charging station is not displayed with one of our eMobility partners, we would ask you to contact the eMobility partner directly.
