This article provides instructions on activating charging cards through the reev App, allowing you to separate business and private charging sessions at your home charging station.

In the Wallet section under Charging Cards in your reev App, you can manage existing charging cards or add new cards to your user account. Charging cards authorize you at the station and ensure each charging session is correctly assigned.


Adding new charging cards via the button add charging card.

  • If you want to add a reev charging card, you can either scan the card with your smartphone to have it automatically recognized, or manually enter the code displayed on the card. 
  • If you want to add an external RFID charging card, you can either scan the card with your smartphone to have it automatically recognized or manually enter the UID of the RFID card. 
  • You have the option to set the type of charging card: Company Card or Private Card. Only charging sessions started with the Company Card will be submitted to the employer for reimbursement. 
  • All charging sessions started remotely via the reev App at the home charging station will be counted as business charging sessions.


Note: You can also manage your charging card under the Settings menu, under Manage Charging Cards.
