Ad-Hoc Charging allows electric vehicle drivers to charge their vehicle at a public charging station without prior registration or fixed contracts. Payment is made directly on-site, often via an app, credit card, or other simple payment method.

Use Cases
- Users who may only charge once at the charging infrastructure (short-term users) should pay for their electricity consumption. The charging sessions should be automatically billed via the reev software, transferring the payment from the user’s payment method to the operator’s business account.
- User groups: Customers, guests, etc.
- More information about Ad-Hoc charging can be found here.
- To enable this user group, you must verify yourself with our payment service provider, Stripe. More information about this process can be found here.
