The charging cards used in the reev Dashboard are RFID cards that are registered within the dashboard.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Use Case

  • Short-term users who are not registered in the reev Dashboard should be allowed to charge for free.
  • User Groups: For example, guests.

Create User Group

  • In the "User Groups" menu, click on "Create New User Group" and select the "Charging Cards Only" user group.

  • Step 1: Give the user group a name: This helps distinguish between different user groups. You can change the name at any time.

  • Step 2 (optional): You can set a tariff, which will document all charging sessions of this user group in your reev Dashboard. This can be helpful for internal processing of charging sessions.

  • Step 3: Decide whether the user group should be activated for the entire charging infrastructure, allowing invited users to charge at all stations. If you select "Custom," you can choose specific charging groups for the users at the end of the setup.

  • Step 4: Set up if you want to prioritize this user group (only possible if you have activated the reev Balancer).

  • Step 5: Review the summary of the user group settings.

Configure User Group

Through the "Edit" menu (three dots), the following settings can be adjusted:

  • Rename the user group
  • Delete the user group (only possible if no charging sessions have occurred via this group)
  • Archive the user group (if it has been used but is no longer needed)
  • View the history of changes to the user group
