General Information
- If you purchased the ABL + reev Bundle, follow the steps in the onboarding materials. Afterward, you will receive an invitation email containing a link to set up your access to the reev Dashboard. If you no longer have the onboarding materials, contact our support at support@reev.com.
- If the reev backend is not yet installed on your charging station, acquire it trough https://reev.com/reev-connect-setup/. After successful onboarding, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set up your access to the reev Dashboard.
Once you have access to the Dashboard, log in using the domain https://dashboard.reev.com/ and the access credentials you set.
How to invite new system users?
If you need to add additional system users, an existing administrator can invite them through the Administration menu, under the System Users sub-menu.
Frequently Asked Questions
Forgot your user email or password?
Your user email is the one where you received the invitation email for the reev Dashboard. If you can't find this email, contact reev Support. Your password can be reset through the "Forgot Password?" button in the login area of your Dashboard at dashboard.reev.com. After entering your email, you'll receive an email allowing you to set a new password.
