Entering Your Data

To enable an automated process, we ask new customers to enter their payment details in the Administration menu, under Payment Settings in the Renewal & Company Car at Home tab.


This includes:

1. Details for Billing Documents:

  • Email address for invoices
  • Company name and address

Please ensure that the billing address is entered correctly. The invoice will be created based on the information provided here, and any errors will be reflected in the invoice.


2. Payment Information: 

  • Here you can enter your payment information (credit card or SEPA mandate). The invoiced amount will be charged to your payment method on the date of the next scheduled payment.

Your license will be automatically renewed and billed for another 12 months.

In the Administration menu, under reev Subscription you will find all information about your current reev license and the next billing cycle.





Multiple License Periods Within One reev Dashboard

When purchasing a license, the fees cover 24 months from the onboarding of the charging points. If you purchase additional licenses during this period, they will also be paid for 24 months. Therefore, you may have multiple license periods within a single reev Dashboard. With each renewal, all licenses expiring within the next 12 months will be extended to the same end date (prorated).


Example:


  • On 07.12.2019, charging points 1 + 2 are onboarded in the reev Dashboard. The license for these two charging points is valid for 24 months until 06.12.2021.
  • On 04.05.2020, charging points 3 + 4 are onboarded in the reev Dashboard. The license for these two charging points is valid for 24 months until 03.05.2022.

  • The first license renewal for charging points 1 + 2 occurs on 07.12.2021 for 12 months. The billing cycle for these charging points runs from 07.12.2021 to 06.12.2022. Any charging points with licenses expiring during this period will also be extended to the same end date, prorated. Since the license for charging points 3 + 4 expires on 03.05.2022, it falls within this period and will be prorated for the period from 04.05.2022 to 06.12.2022. This period is seven months and three days. reev only charges for full months, so the three extra days are granted to the infrastructure operator free of charge.

  • With the first license renewal from 07.12.2021 to 06.12.2022, charging points 1 + 2 are billed for 12 months, and charging points 3 + 4 are billed for 7 months.
  • With the second license renewal from 07.12.2022 to 06.12.2023, all four charging points are billed for 12 months. This ensures that all licenses are eventually aligned to the same billing cycles.
