If your eMH3 charging station/group is displayed as offline in the reev Dashboard, the following guide will walk you through the steps to bring it back online and restore the connection to the backend.

Steps to Restart the Charging Infrastructure
- Open the eMH3 Controller Charging Station using the triangular key at the top of the station.
- Disconnect and reconnect the LTE stick. The LTE stick is located in the USB port on the housing door, which folds down when opened.
- Flip the two FI circuit breakers (Twin 2x blue, Single 1x blue) and the circuit breaker (1x grey) and wait for about 30 seconds.
- Switch the two FI circuit breakers (2x blue) and the grey circuit breaker (1x grey) back on to power up the charging station.
Check if the LTE stick is properly inserted and the LED on a Huawei stick is blinking green.
If the controller charging station (formerly Master) has an Alcatel LTE stick, please refer to the following status indicators:
- Purple light on for a few seconds ➞ Power supply is ensured
- Orange light blinking fast ➞ Searching for network
- Steady orange light ➞ Out of operation
- Red light blinking slowly ➞ Registering in the LTE network
- Steady red light ➞ Registered in the LTE network
- Green light blinking slowly ➞ Registering in the 3G network
- Steady green light ➞ Registered in the 3G network
- Blue light blinking slowly ➞ Registering in the 2G network
- Steady blue light ➞ Registered in the 2G network
After restarting the charging infrastructure, it may take up to 10 minutes to reconnect to the backend and become available online.
