To make charging even easier for your drivers, you can generate a code for each user group (Drivers and Vehicles), allowing users to self-register for the user group.

You can activate driver self-registration in just three steps:

Step 1: In the "User Groups" menu, click on "Driver Self-Registration" for the relevant user group.

You can then generate a six-digit code and create a PDF guide with a QR code, which you can share internally with your users, for example, as a printout or on your intranet.

Step 2: For self-registration, your drivers will need the reev app. Using the six-digit code or QR code, they can activate the registration for the user group.

Step 3: Finally, you need to confirm the drivers in the "Users" menu, under the "Drivers & Vehicles" submenu, in the "Pending" tab. Once confirmed, the drivers will be notified that they are now authorized to charge.

Note 1:
Users who register for charging via self-registration will receive a verification email with a link to confirm their registration. This link must be opened in the reev app. If there are issues with the confirmation, you can find instructions here for Android and iOS devices.

Note 2:
Your invited drivers can independently add charging cards to their user account or start charging sessions via the reev app.
