General
With user groups, you can activate specific use cases in your reev Dashboard and group users who should charge under the same conditions.
After creating a user group, you can invite users to the group, allowing them to charge based on the conditions defined in the group.
To create a new user group, click "Create New User Group" at the top right of the "User Groups" section..
Use Cases
The various use cases that can be implemented by creating user groups are explained below.
Note: Apart from the eRoaming user group, you can create as many user groups as needed for each type.
Drivers and Vehicles | Recurring users are invited to charge at the charging infrastructure. You can choose whether you only want to track users' consumption in the reev Dashboard for internal processing (e.g., employees, tenants, pool vehicles, company cars, etc.) or if the users should be automatically billed via the reev software. |
Charging Cards only
| Short-term users who are not added to the reev Dashboard and are not billed automatically (e.g., guests). |
Ad Hoc Charging (Spontaneous Charging)
| Short-term users who are not added to the reev Dashboard but are automatically billed via the reev software (e.g., guests, customers). |
eRoaming
| Users who are enabled to charge at your infrastructure through eRoaming. |
