If your eM4 charging station/group is displayed as offline in the reev Dashboard, the following guide will walk you through the steps to bring it back online and restore the connection to the backend.

Actions that can be performed by operators and electricians

 

Turn off the charging group using the circuit breaker (MCB) in the house installation for 30 seconds. Once the circuit breaker is switched back on, the charging group will restart.

 

Actions that can be performed by electricians ONLY

 

  1. Unlock both side FI flaps on the controller wallbox and flip them upward to open the housing door.


  2. On the main module of the wallbox, press the reset button with an insulated screwdriver for less than 3 seconds. 

    Note: If the reset button is pressed for more than 3 seconds, the wallbox will be reset to factory settings!
