Users can be added to the reev Dashboard so that charging sessions can be assigned to specific users or users can be granted access to the reev app for drivers. A distinction is made between drivers and vehicles, each covering different use cases.
A user must always be assigned to a user group, which defines the conditions under which the user can charge. There are two ways to invite users to the reev Dashboard:
- Invite the user directly to a user group via the ⊕ symbol in the "User Groups" menu.
- Alternatively, in the "Users" menu, under the "Drivers & Vehicles" submenu, a new user can be invited by clicking the top-right button, and then assigned to a user group.
When inviting a new user, you can choose whether to invite them with or without an email address.
- Invite user with an email address: Add drivers to invite users to charge at your infrastructure. Invited drivers will receive an invitation to the reev app via the email address provided.
- Invite user without an email address: Add vehicles to assign charging cards to vehicles, such as pool vehicles or company cars.
During the invitation process, you can also enter additional information for the user, such as cost center or vehicle details.
*Your drivers benefit from the following features of the reev app:
- Start charging sessions using QR codes at the charging points – no charging card is needed.
- Add charging cards to their user account independently.
- Track active charging sessions in real time.
- End charging sessions via the app.
- Receive notifications about completed charging sessions.
- View and download charging history and invoices.
